Ports (Dues and Rates) (Amendment) Regulation, 1968 LI 582
IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Ports Authority by section 77 of the Ports Act, 1962 (Act 115), and with the prior approval of the Commissioner responsible for Communications, this regulation is made this 1st day of May, 1968.
The Ports (Dues and Rates) Regulations, 1963 (L.I. 243) as amended are hereby further amended in Part I of the First Schedule thereto by the substitution for sub-paragraph (3) of paragraph 1 thereof of the following new sub-paragraph :
"(3) On a vessel entering a Fishing Harbour if solely engaged in fishing:
(a) A fishing vessel up to 30 feet in total length, for each entry 1.00 or per annum payable in advance 60.00
(b) A fishing vessel 31 feet to 60 feet in total length, for each entry 2.00 or per annum payable in advance 160.00
(c) A fishing vessel 61 feet to 99 feet in total length, for each entry 3.00 or per annum payable in advance 250.00
(d) 96 hours after entry, fishing vessel 100 feet or over in length for each succeeding 24 hours or part thereof during which the vessel remains in the Fishing Harbour, per net registered ton 0.02 or whichever is greater 6.50 (e) On refrigerated cargo ships or fish carriers the Harbour Rent specified in sub-paragraph (l) of this paragraph shall apply."
