Public Health Act, 2012 (Act 851)
Section 120: Where a drug, herbal medicinal product, cosmetic, medical device or household chemical substance is imported as a finished product, an application for its registration shall be accompanied by a certificate of analysis or certificate of pharmaceutical product for drugs issued by the competent regulatory authority of the exporting country.
