Public Health Act, 2012 (Act 851)
Section 124: (1) A person shall not manufacture, prepare, supply,sell,distribute, export or import a homeopathic drug, unless the homeopathic drug has been registered with the Authority.
(2) The Authority may issue Guidelines for the registration of homeopathic drugs.
