Public Health Act, 2012 (Act 851)
Section 130: (1) A person shall not manufacture for sale, sell, supply or store
products regulated under this Part except in premises registered for that purpose under this Part.
(2) An application for the registration or renewal of the registration of premises shall be made to the Authority in the prescribed form and shall be accompanied with the prescribed fees.
(3) A registration maybe renewed for a period of not more than five years.
(4) A change of a registered premise shall be notified to the Authority.
