Public Health Act, 2012 (Act 851)
Section 131: (1) The Authority shall issue a licence for
(a) manufacturing premises, (b) storage facilities,
(c) importers or exporters, and
any other licence or permit determined by the Authority for the purposes of this Part on an application made in the prescribed form.
(2) An application for a licence or permit under this Part shall be made to the Authority and shall be accompanied by the prescribed fees.
(3) A licence or a permit may be renewed for a period of not more than five years.
