Manufacture and Sale of Spirits (Amendment) Regulation, 1964, L.I 335
IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister by section 16 of the Manufacture and Sale of Spirits Act, 1962 (Act 154) these Regulations are made the 23rd day of January, 1964.
The Manufacture and Sale of Spirits Regulations, 1962 (L.I. 239) CD are hereby amended as follows :—
(a) by the insertion, immediately after regulation 52, of the following new regulations—
52A (1) Every licence for the sale of spirits
including akpeteshie shall, in so far as it relates to
akpeteshie, be construed as a licence for the sale only of gin manufactured by an approved or directed distiller.
(2) Every licence for the sale of akpeteshie only shall be construed as a licence for the sale only of gin manufactured as aforesaid.
