Petroleum Commission (Fees And Charges) Regulations, 2015
Regulation 2: (1) Each contractor to a Petroleum Agreement shall, upon ratification by Parliament of the Petroleum Agreement
(a) register with the Commission; and
(b) pay, in respect of the registration, the fee specified in the First Schedule.
(2) Where a contractor meets the requirements under sub regulation (1), the Commission shall issue that contractor with a registration certificate in the form determined by the Commission.
