Customs Act, 2015 (Act 891) as amended by Customs (Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act 923)
Section 11:
(2) A person who is directly or indirectly involved in the accomplishment of customs formality or in customs controls, shall at the request of the Commissioner-General and within the time limit specified provide
(a) the requisite documents and information in an appropriate form, and
(b) any other assistance necessary for the completion of formalities or controls.
