Section 56(3)
The vehicle licensing authority shall, within ten days after the end of each month, submit a statement to the Commissioner-General setting out
(a) the number of motor vehicles that the licensing authority registered during that month,
(b) the registration number of each motor vehicle,
(c) engine and chassis number,
(d) the name and address of the owner of the motor vehicle,
and
(e) the customs entry number and date.
