Section 49
(1) A person who intends to declare goods to be placed under a customs procedure in accordance with this Act shall file a declaration
(a) in the prescribed form; and
(b) within seven working days from the date of final discharge of the goods.
(2) The Commissioner-General may extend the period referred to in subsection (1).
