COCOA INDUSTRY (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1968 L.I 586

Regulation 11:
Where an Inspector finds in the course of of beans for sampling any cocoa that such cocoa in whole or in inspection. part is not thoroughly dry, or free from foreign matter and smoky beans or not free from black and decayed or rotten cocoa beans generally known in cocoa growing areas as "atowuo" or "abinkyi", the Inspector shall not proceed with the sampling until the defect or defects have been remedied."
(d) by the substitution for regulation 13 thereof of the
following new regulation .
