New Juaben North Municipal Assembly Control Of Poultry in Dwelling House
Para. 1:
(a) Subject to provisions of this Bye-law, the maximum number of poultry that may be kept in a Dwelling house shall not be more than be 150 birds,

(b) Whenever sanitary conditions of the poultry cause nuisance, the Assembly shall order its closure.
(c) The Assembly shall serve the owner a three -month written notice to look for-an alternative location to keep the poultry.
