Fisheries Regulations, 2010 (L.I. 1968)
Regulation 22 (1)
A person who intends to conduct a research in relation to a fishery project in collaboration with the Commission shall provide the following information to the Commission:
(a) involvement of staff of Fisheries Scientific Survey Division and any other relevant institution in the project;
(b) counterpart funding if any; and
(c) any other requirements mutually agreed upon by the parties.
