Regulation 10 Form of Application as Insurer or Re-Insurer. Application for registration as an insurer or re-insurer under the Law shall be made as in Form NIC/01/90 specified in Part I of the Schedule to these Regulations and shall be accompanied by the documents referred to in the Form.
