Insurance Regulations, 1990 (LI 1502)
Regulation 20: Insurance of Motor Vehicles. An insurer who is registered to carry on non-life insurance business shall undertake motor insurance and shall not refuse to issue or renew a policy of insurance within the provisions of the Motor Vehicles (Third Party Insurance) Act, 1958 (No. 42).
