Prohibition of Sale of Beer and Spirits (Private Houses) ACT, 1979 (A.F.R.C.D. 33)
Section 2 (1): A person who operates a bar licenced under the Liquor Licensing Act, 1970 (Act 331) shall not engage in the distribution of beer, stout, wine or spirits.
(2) A person engaged in the distribution of beer, stout, wine or spirits shall not use the premises, or a part of the premises of that person as a bar; and a licence granted under the Liquor Licensing Act, 1970
(Act 331) in respect of those premises or a part of those premises for use as a bar shall cease to have effect.
