Prohibition of Sale of Beer and Spirits (Private Houses) ACT, 1979 (A.F.R.C.D. 33)

Section 3: A person who contravenes a provision of this Act commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a term of imprisonment of not less than six months or more than five years without the option of fine and in addition the beer, stout, wine or spirits in respect of which the offence was committee shall be forfeited to the State.
